Across the Petronas Twin Towers at KLCC East parcels Lot M, L & L1, a planned new Megatall Tower (120-145 storey tall) and a 6-level commercial Podium will be the next city landmark here, developed by the Petronas owned KLCCP. In the earlier stage of the Tower development, the raft foundation, corewall and column for the Megatall Tower will be constructed first along with the Tower Podium, until it reaches the Podium Roof terrace level.

We have been awarded by Samsung C&T to undertake all the RC work associated with the Megatall Tower, Tower Podium and carpark basements. Recently, we had accomplished a key milestone with the completion of the Tower raft foundation (concrete 25,000m3). Advancing now are the heavy RC construction work of the Tower super-structure of main corewall, columns and slab. The project required semi top-down construction until 20m depth below the street level, surrounded by tall residential and office tower blocks.

The carpark complex at the West and South of the Megatall Tower development is a massive underground five-level and a three-level upper carpark. The carpark complex is directly connected to the Tower main Atrium complex, where both complexes were constructed concurrently with Top-Down and Bottom-Up method. The site challenges demand top optimisation of our experienced resources in executing construction sequence, logistic and methodology to work at above and below the ground level without disrupting the Tower construction and the surrounding heritage buildings such as Merdeka Stadium and Chin Woo Stadium. Our built quality in this Project required to attain the Platinum score in the Green Building Index, and Class 2 standard of AS3610 for concrete finish quality.

Deep under, the 6-level carpark basement for PNB118 Tower development, is a super large size RC Tank of 3-level high, which will be utilized to store chilled water supplies for the entire PNB118 development. The tank structure is made up of RC frames of strutting beams with RC Skinwall (15m height) and the raft foundation (1.2m thick). It is the deepest and largest thermal energy storage system ever constructed in the city centre, with Top-Down construction method.

A future 50-storey residential tower, integrated in the PNB118 Tower development requiring the tower sub-structure of five-level corewall, column and ancillaries� tanks to be constructed before the opening of the PNB118 Tower. The key highlight of this exceptional difficult work was the entire structure and the tower raft foundation (5,600m3) were constructed in confined top-down method without open access from the closed ground level.

In partnership with Shanghai Tunnel E&C, we undertook RC scope of works for the station underground structure, entrance A & B, internal lining walls, infill slabs and raft foundation.

SEAL Consult Sdn Bhd is appointed again by Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd to undertake RC structure works for one-block of 10-storey office campus, carpark podium and foundation work for 4-block towers. The project is rated for Platinum score in Green Building Index.

Taisei (Japan) Corp - Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd JV had appointed SEAL Consult as the RC contractor for the Nippon Express Group�s most extensive single-structure, multifunctional logistics warehouse outside of Japan. The RC Work for the 2-level logistic centre with vehicular ramp were completed in less than 10 months. We were selected for our previous strong track record in constructing large structure with exceptional height above 10m such as the Exhibition Complex (MITEC) Kuala Lumpur.

SEAL Consult Sdn Bhd is appointed by Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd to undertake RC structure works for two-blocks of 12-storey office buildings, carpark podium and external link bridge. The work also includes concrete precast installation of floor drop panels.

SEAL Consult Sdn Bhd was instrumental in the Malaysia large scale metro rail transit project with the completion of two underground multi-level structure works at Merdeka Station and Pudu Launch Shaft tunnel. We provided essential construction services and underground expertise in our collaboration with the work package contractor from Taiwan, CEC International.

We had been awarded by Daewoo E&C to undertake the RC Work for the exit tunnel from MITEC carpark and all other associated supports structure ie escape shaft, stairs and fan room. The construction of the tunnel was achieved with cut and cover method.

We had been awarded by Daewoo E&C to undertake entire wet trades work at the Malaysia�s largest trade exhibition and convention centre project. Our scopes include the block laying of AAC blocks until 25m height, skim coating, wall and floor rendering.

The 40-storey tower construction is implemented with aluminium form, for its speedy de-assembly system and the durability of form usage being maximized for the high-rise construction.
